The Norman church of St Thomas can be seen overlooking the river. The village has much to offer with many shops, restaurants and bars, or maybe a Jazz Concert where legendary jazz musicians and instrumentalists gather once a month in Goring Village Hall, or perhaps with the stunning scenery a stroll along the Thames Path where Flag Irises and Willowherb grow, or sail on the river to Goring Lock where majestic Swans glide, and the Damselflies and iridescent Dragonflies hover. Perfect !

The section includes pages on Goring Throughout the Year.
We would like to publish some older photographs or pictures of Goring, so if you you have any, then we would be delighted include them as additional pages in this section. We can easily scan photographs, slides or pictures, if you can provide us with the originals.
In the meantime here are some Old Postcards.
Further pages about Goring in general will be provided shortly.
