The Henley branch of the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) provides a service on the first Tuesday of each month, starting 3rd February 2009 in Goring-on-Thames at the Goring & Woodcote Medical Practice Surgery in Red Cross Road.

The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, and confidential advice to help people resolve their problems, take control of their lives and understand their rights. In doing so it plays a central role in tackling injustice, reducing poverty and social exclusion, and enabling people to realise their full potential. Citizens Advice is available from over 3,000 locations including in bureaux, GP surgeries, hospitals, colleges, prisons and courts. Advice is available face-to-face and by telephone. Most bureaux offer home visits and some also provide email advice.
Our advice helps people to resolve their debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems and is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.
